Bills Payment Options

The following are the payment options on how to settle your monthly condominium dues, water charges, and other assessments:

1. Pay via over the counter
   CASH: Property Management Office, 2/F Tower 1, Sun Residences (opens Wednesday – Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM), except Sunday and Holidays.
   CHECK: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, except Sunday and Holidays.
   For check payment PAYEE: SUN RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION
2. Pay via over the counter at any BDO and CHINABANK Savings branch using the Payment Slip (cash payments only)
   a. Company Name: SUN RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION
   b. Institution Code: 0471
   c. Indicate your Reference Code under Subscriber’s Account No.
       i. Reference Code = 'SUN' + TOWER NO. + UNIT NO.
           a. (Example) SUNB018888 (in this format, payment came from Tower 1 unit 8888)
   d. Subscriber's Name: UNIT OWNER’S NAME
3. You may pay through BDO ONLINE BILLS PAY. (Enroll SUN RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM CPORPORATION as your biller)
   a. How to Enroll Biller (Enrollment Services -> Company/Biller -> Enroll)
       i. Company/Biller Name: SUN RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION
       ii. Subscriber Number: SUNB018888 (sample only, use your unit no. as reference)
       iii. Subscriber Name: UNIT OWNER'S NAME
   b. How to Pay Bills. (Financial Services -> Bills Payment -> Pay Bills and fill-up Payment Details)
4. GCash. With PhP 40.00 fixed GCash fee per successful payment transaction
   a. How to pay (Pay Bills -> Real Estate -> Select Sun Residences from the lists of billers)
       i. Unit Reference Number: SUNRB018888 (sample only, use your unit no. as reference)
       ii. Account Name: UNIT OWNER'S NAME
5. Pay via SM Bills Payment, located at any SAVEMORE, HYPERMARKET, any SM Malls. Kindly bring your Statement of Account for reference.
6. Pay using your Debit Card at the Admin Office. Megalink, Express Net and Bancnet ATM/Debit.
