The following are the payment options on how to settle your monthly condominium dues, water charges, and other assessments:

  1. Pay via over the counter
    Cash or Check – Property Management Office 2/F Tower 1, Sun Residences (opens Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM), except for Sunday and holidays. For check payment payee: SUN RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION

  2. Pay over the counter at any BDO and CHINABANK Savings branch using the Payment Slip (cash payment only)
    a. Company name: SUN RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION
    b. Institution code: 0471
    c. Indicate your Reference Code under Subscriber’s Account No.
        i. Reference Code = "SUN" + TOWER NO. + UNIT NO.
        ii. Example: SUNB018888 (this is for Tower 1 Unit 8888)
    d. Subscriber’s name: Unit owner’s name

  3. Pay through BDO ONLINE BILLS PAY (Enroll SUN RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION as your biller)
    a. How to enroll biller: Enrollment Services --> Company/Biller --> Enroll
        i. Company/biller name: SUN RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION
        ii. Subscriber’s number: SUNB018888 (sample only, use your unit number as reference)
        iii. Subscriber’s name: Unit owner’s name
    b. How to pay bills: Financial Services --> Bills Payment --> Pay Bills and fill-up payment details

  4. Deposit your payment to BDO. Deposit slip should be sent thru email, kindly use the details below:
    a. Account name: SUN RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION
    b. Account number: 00-848-000-4873 c. Validated slip should be sent thru sun.billing@greenmist.ph

  5. Pay via SM Bills Payment located at any Savemore, Hypermarket and SM Malls. Kindly bring your Statement of Account for reference.
  6. Pay using your Debit Card at the Propery Management Office. Megalink, Express Net and Bancnet ATM/Debit cards.
