Terms and Conditions
- Works to be done should follow Sun Residences Condominium Corporation's House Rules and Regulations.
- Service requests will depend on maintenance availability.
- Materials are NOT included and should be provided by the unit owner/tenant.
- Noisy works should follow noisy work schedule of 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
- Request should be done within office hours from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Saturday (except Sunday and holidays) and at least two (2) days prior to the preferred schedule.
- Scheduling is strictly first-come-first-serve basis.
- Service fee should be settled prior to the schedule of activity.
