Blood Donation Program

We are pleased to inform you that Sun Residences, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross Caloocan Chapter, will be conducting a Blood Donation Program on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sun Residences Function Room.

This initiative aims to promote the importance of blood donation and provide an opportunity for our community to contribute to saving lives. We highly encourage all interested residents to participate in this noble cause.

Pre-registration for the event will open on May 18, 2026, at the Property Management Office. Residents who wish to donate blood are encouraged to sign up early to ensure a smooth and organized donation process.

2026 Summer Bazaar

We are glad to announce that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold this year's Summer Bazaar from April 20 to May 4, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at our 6th Floor Connecting Lobby.

Please find below the event guidelines for everyone's reference, to wit:

  1. The SRCC Summer Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants. Only those unit owners or tenants in good standing will be allowed to participate.
  2. Due to limited capacity of the venue, we will only be able to accommodate up to twenty (20) participants.
  3. Pre-registration at the Property Management Office is required and will commence on April 13, 2026 and will end on April 18, 2026.
  4. A fee of PHP 5,200 shall apply for each exhibitor, to be paid at the Property Management Office. Payment covers the 15 day's period (14 paid days and 1 free day) with inclusion of one (1) table, two (2) chairs, stand post for your business name and ID.
  5. Strictly no cooking and bringing in of portable stoves and cookware.
  6. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths.
  7. Strictly no deployment of any ad materials such as banners, posters and flyers.
  8. No merchandise shall be left in the booth after the Bazaar operating hours.
  9. Must wear the Bazaar ID at all times.
  10. For tenants, an authorization letter from the unit owner or SPA should be presented.
  11. The Property Management Office nor the Condominium Corporation shall not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred during this activity.

Fire Safety Seminar and Evacuation Drill 2026

Participation In The “Share The Love, Give Your Preloved” Donation Drive

We are excited to inform you that we will be participating in the “SHARE THE LOVE, GIVE YOUR PRELOVED” Donation Drive — a one-day Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at helping those in need by sharing items we no longer use but may still be of great value to others.

  • Clothes (for children and adults)
  • Shoes and bags
  • Toys and books
  • Kitchenware, linens, and small household items
  • Other reusable essentials

These donations will be collected and distributed to individuals and families who are in need of support. It’s a great opportunity to declutter your home while making a positive difference in someone else’s life.

To make participation easy and convenient, a donation booth will be set up at the 6th Floor Connecting Area on MARCH 14, 2025 (Saturday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We highly encourage everyone to join this initiative. Even the smallest contribution can bring joy and comfort to others.

Ash Wednesday Mass At Sun Residences

We are pleased to inform you that Sta. Teresita Parish Church will be holding a special Ash Wednesday Mass on February 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM. The mass will take place at the 6th Floor Function Room, Sun Residences Tower 2.

We invite all of you to join us in this solemn occasion to mark the beginning of Lent. Please feel free to bring your family and friends as we come together in prayer and reflection.

Let us begin this season of repentance and renewal with humility and faith.

SRCC Valentine's Day Acoustic Night

In celebration of Valentine’s Day, the Property Management Office is delighted to invite you to a Valentine’s Day Acoustic Night on February 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Tower 1, 6th Floor Lobby.

Join us for a night of relaxing music and warm camaraderie as we celebrate love, friendship, and community. This event is open to all residents, and we encourage everyone to come and enjoy the evening together.

Feel free to bring snacks, chocolates, chips, non-alcoholic drinks, or any finger foods to share with fellow residents and make this gathering even more special. Let’s create wonderful memories together! We look forward to seeing you there.

SRCC Bi-Weekly Sunday Mass 2026

We are pleased to inform our residents that, through the efforts of the Sun Residences Board of Trustees, Barangay Sta. Teresita Parish will be conducting a bi-weekly Sunday Mass at Sun Residences throughout the year 2026.

The Sunday Mass will be held on the 2nd and last Sunday of each month, starting at 8:00 PM, at the Function Room, Tower 2. We kindly request everyone to observe the designated time and venue to ensure a smooth and meaningful worship experience for all.

This initiative aims to provide our residents with a convenient and accessible opportunity to participate in spiritual activities within the comfort of our community. We encourage everyone to take part in this bi-weekly Mass and help foster unity and fellowship among our residents.
