Barangay Sta. Teresita Activities

Please be informed that Barangay Sta. Teresita will be conducting the following activities this coming August 14 2021 (Saturday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the 6th Floor connecting lobby.

Bloodletting and Health and Wellness Caravan

Please be informed that SMDC has partnered with Philippine Red Cross to provide a Health and Wellness Caravan for our residents to avail of medical assistance conveniently and safely. In line with this, a bloodletting event will also transpire on the same day for residents who are willing to donate (subject to screening).

Medical Mission inclusions:

  • Diabetes Test
  • Cholesterol Level Test
  • Uric Acid Test
  • Diabetes Test
  • Blood Pressure Test

The event is scheduled on May 12, 2021, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM at the Sun Residences Function Room.

Registration for these events will be accepted at the Property Management Office until May 10, 2021. Priority will be given to Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) , others are also encouraged to avail but will be subjected to availability of slots.

Earth Hour 2021

The fight against global warming is everyone's responsibility. It creates a larger threat to the world by the minute. One of the quickest ways to reduce your global warming impact is to unplug an appliance or turn off a switch. This simple action reduces your household's carbon dioxide emissions and this is what Earth Hour is all about.

Earth Hour 2021 will take place on March 27, 2021 from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM local time. Wherever you are when this happens, unplug electrical appliances and lights. Together, let's take control of the Earth's future, take responsibility, and get actively involved in working towards a sustainable future.

Fire Safety Webinar

In line with the Fire Prevention Month, we will be having a Fire Safety Webinar to be conducted by the Bureau of Fire Protection representative on March 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM.

This is to raise awareness to the residents and staff of our building in case of a fire incident. Since this activity aims to ensure the residents' and building employees' preparedness during emergency situation, the residents are invited to join through the respective zoom link provided - Fire Safety Webinar.

Weekly Saturday Market

We are glad to inform everyone that the Weekend Market in partnership with SMDC The Good Guys and local farmers will continue to be held every Saturday from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM until the end of the year.

Three (3) residents per week are still invited to sell goods during the event (must be food only, no dine-ins and duplication). For interested participants, kindly coordinate with the Property Management Office.

October Weekly Saturday Market

We are glad to inform everyone that due to the positive feedback of our Weekend Market in partnership with SMDC The Good Guys and local farmers last Sunday, September 27, 2020, that our weekend market will be extended until October 24, 2020.

Our Weekend Market will now be every Saturday (October 3, 10, 17 & 24) from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the interconnecting lobby.

We would also like to invite 3 residents per week who would like to sell goods during the event (must be food only, no dine-ins and duplication) for October 10, 17 & 24. For interested participants, kindly coordinate with the Property Management Office.

The Good Guys Market at Sun Residences

In line with the current situation we are all facing due to the pandemic wherein one of the most affected is the agricultural industry, Sun Residences Condominium Corporation, in partnership with the SMDC and SM Foundation will be having a Weekend Market in Clubhouse at 6th floor, Tower 1. Fresh and affordable produce will be available on September 27, 2020 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

We understand how all the current uncertainties can cause anxiety. However, while we can't control such situations, we always have control of our thoughts and feelings.

Cancellation of Annual Fire Drill and Fire Safety Seminar

Please be informed that the Annual Fire Drill and Safety Seminar scheduled for March 19, 2020 is cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date. This is in light of the Government Resolution Number 11; minimizing crowd gatherings and exposure.

Bloodletting Program and Protect Our Community's Forum

Please be informed that SMDC, together with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) will conduct a Bloodletting Program here in Sun Residences, Function Room on February 22, 2020 at 8:00AM to 12:00PM .

Also, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), in partnership with the Philippine National Police (PNP) will hold a forum discussing on How to Protect our Community at 2:00PM, same venue.

Valentines Bazaar

Date: February 6-15, 2020, from 10:00AM to 9:00PM

Guidelines for the participants:

  1. Cooked food can be offered during the duration of the bazaar. STRICTLY NO PRE-LOVED and DUPLICATION of items.
  2. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths (10:00AM - 9:00PM only).
  3. Only a maximum of 20 participants are allowed due to the limited capacity of the venue.
  4. PhP 3,000.00 / participant (PhP 300.00 / day): for the whole duration will be collected. This fee is inclusive of one (1) table and two (2) chairs only.
  5. No deployment of banners, marketing ads and any posters shall be allowed.
  6. No merchandise shall be left after the operation of the bazaar.
  7. Cooking and bringing of any portable stoves are not allowed.
  8. Registration will be from February 2-4, 2020, close of business hours.
  9. Screening and meeting of the participants will be on February 5, 2020, 1:00PM onwards.
  10. MUST WEAR ID AT ALL TIMES.
  11. For tenants, authorization letter from the unit owner or SPA should be presented.
  12. Only residents in good standing and without any violation can participate.
  13. Neither the Property Management Office nor the Condominium Corporation shall be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during this activity.

No Zumba On December, 2019

This is to inform everyone that our weekly Saturday Zumba which is from 9:00AM - 11:00AM will be cancelled for the whole December.

Our Zumba activity will resume its normal schedule next year, January 4, 2020, same time.

Christmas Bazaar

Please be informed that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold its annual Christmas Bazaar on November 15 - 29, 2019 (1st batch) and November 30 - December 14, 2019 (2nd batch) at 6/F Connecting Lobby .

Guidelines for the participants:

  1. Participants can offer pre-loved items but in good condition items. Cooked food can also be offered during the duration of the bazaar. No duplication of items.
  2. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths (9:00AM - 9:00PM only).
  3. Only a maximum of 25 participants are allowed due to the limited capacity of the venue.
  4. 1st batch: PhP 4,500.00 / participant (PhP 300.00 / day); 2nd batch: PhP 4,800.00 / participant (PhP 300.00 / day); for the whole duration will be collected. This fee is inclusive of one (1) table and two (2) chairs only.
  5. No deployment of banners, marketing ads and any posters shall be allowed.
  6. No merchandise shall be left after the operation of the bazaar.
  7. Cooking and bringing of any portable stoves are not allowed.
  8. Registration will be from November 4-6, 2019, close of business hours. (On First Come, First Served On Table Arrangement) .
  9. Must wear ID at all times.
  10. For tenants, authorization letter from the unit owner or SPA should be presented.
  11. Only Residents in good standing and without any violation can participate.
  12. The Property Management Office nor the Condominium Corporation shall not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred during this activity.

Halloween Party - Witches and Warlocks Night Out

Please be informed that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold its annual Halloween Party on October 19, 2019 (Saturday), 2:00PM - 6:00PM at Tower 2 Function Room, 6F Amenity Area .

Due to the limited capacity of the Function Room, we shall limit the number of participants to 150 KIDS ONLY, up to 2 kids for every registered owner. This event is FREE, no registration fee shall be charged. However, pre-registration is required of all participants. Kids are also required to be accompanied by their respective parents/guardians who need to pre-register as well.

The Witches and Warlocks Night out Halloween pre-registration will be done at the Property Management Office commencing on October 9, 2019 and shall close on October 16, 2019 or as soon as we reach the limit of 150 kids, whichever comes first. There will strictly be no registration during the event proper.

We enjoin everyone to wear your Witches and Warlocks costumes and party with us!

We are happy to announce that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation, through the Tower Committee Members will hold this year’s Valentine’s Bazaar on February 12, 2018 until February 14, 2018 from 10:00AM to 10:00PM , at the 6/F Connecting Lobby.

Please find below the event guidelines for everyone’s reference, to wit;

  1. The Valentine’s Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants.
  2. Due to the limited capacity of the venue, we will only accommodate ten (10) participants. Only those unit owners in good standing will be allowed to participate.
  3. Pre-registration at the Property Management Office is required and will commence on February 6 and end on February 9, 2018.
  4. Pre-registration shall be on a "first come, first serve" basis and will still be subject to further evaluation and concept approval of the Bazaar Committee.
  5. Registration Fee of PhP 250.00 per day shall apply to each participant to be paid at the Property Management Office.
  6. Participants can offer items such as valentines related, flowers, sweets, stuff toys, etc.
  7. Strictly no duplication of concepts.

  1. The Christmas Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants.
  2. Due to the limited capacity of the venue, we will only accommodate twenty five (25) participants. Only those unit owners in good standing will be allowed to participate.
  3. Pre-registration at the Property Management Office (PMO) is required and will commence on November 16 and end on November 22, 2017 .
  4. Pre-registration shall be on a "first come, first serve" basis and will still be subject to further evaluation and concept approval of the Bazaar Committee.
  5. Registration Fee of PhP 250.00 per day shall apply to each participant to be paid at the PMO.
  6. Participants can offer items such as clothing, bags, shoes, accessories, Christmas sweets, etc.

Trick or Treat w/ Sun Mall 2017

We are pleased to inform you that Sun Residences Condominium Corporation through the Property Management Office (PMO) made a partnership with Sun Mall to hold a Trick or Treat event at Sun Mall on October 28, 2017. Below is the event guidelines for everyone’s reference, to wit:

  1. The Trick or Treat Event shall be FREE and open to 60 kids residing at Sun Residences.
  2. No amount of purchase requirement from the Sun Mall shall be imposed to Sun Resident participants.
  3. Participants shall join the Spooktivity Costume Contest Categories are as follows: Hallow King, Hallow Queen and Beast Mode.
  4. Winner shall received 3,000.00 worth of Gift Certificate.
  5. Participants shall join the Bucket Painting at 2:00PM - 3:00PM.
  6. Event shall start at 2:00PM and will end by 5:00PM.

Pre-registration is required to this event. All interested participants may proceed to the PMO at 2/F parking of Tower 1 to pre-register your name.

Monsterrific Halloween Party

Please be informed that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold its annual Halloween Party on October 29, 2017 (Sunday), 2:00PM to 6:00PM at Tower 2 Function Room, 6F Amenity Area . Due to the limited capacity of the Function Room, we shall limit the number of participants to 150 Kids Only. Pre-registration is required to all participants and NO REGISTRATION FEE shall apply.

Kids are required to be accompanied by their respective parents/guardians who need to pre-register as well. The Monsterrific Halloween pre-registration will be done at the Property Management Office commencing on October 9, 2017 and shall close on October 26, 2017 or as soon as we reached the 150 kids, whichever comes first. There will be strictly no registration during the event proper.

Learn To Swim Program

We are pleased to announce that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation, through the Property Management Office and in coordination with SRCC’s pool maintenance contractor, Integrated Aquatics Service Co. (IASCO), will be holding a year-round "Learn to Swim Program" here in Sun Residences.

Please find below the event guidelines for everyone’s reference;

  1. The program offers courses for nursery swimming, basic swimming, advance swimming, competitive swimming, aero-aquarobics, snorkeling, summer camp training and water safety & first aid
  2. The program is strictly open to Sun Residents only.
  3. Age requirement varies depending on the training course the swimmer will enroll.
  4. Swimming lessons will be scheduled from Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 9:00AM and 4:00PM to 6:00PM .
  5. Each swimming class will be limited to five (5) students for one (1) hour, in a ten-day session only.
  6. Enrollment shall be done directly with IASCO.

Zumba Fitness Activity

We are pleased to announce that Sun Residences Condominium Corporation through the Tower Committee Members, will be holding another set of Zumba Fitness Activity on May 13 & 27, 2017 (Saturdays). The event will be held at the 6/F Clubhouse from 9:00AM to 11:00AM.

Please find below the event guidelines for everyone’s reference:

  1. Zumba Event is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants.
  2. Guests, accompanied by registered resident(s) are welcome to participate.
  3. A registration fee amounting to PhP 40.00 per person shall apply.
  4. Children, 12 years of age and below are FREE.
  5. We encourage all participants to bring their own refreshments.

Taekwondo Training Program

We are pleased to announce that the SRCC Board of Trustees through the Tower Committees and Property Management Office has approved and shall hold a Taekwondo Training Program here in Sun Residences. Listed below is the program guidelines for everyone’s reference, to wit:

  1. The program is open to all kids, at least 5 years of age and registered residents of Sun Residences.
  2. Program schedule shall be every Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday, from 4:00PM to 5:30PM .
  3. There will be Twelve (12) Sessions per Month.
  4. Event will be held at the Clubhouse located at the 6/F amenity area.

Easter Egg Hunt 2017

We are pleased to inform you that Sun Residences Condominium Corporation through the Property Management Office (PMO) made a partnership with Sun Mall to hold an Easter Egg Hunt event here in Sun Residences on April 16, 2017 (Sunday). Below is the event guidelines for everyone’s reference, to wit:

  1. The Easter Egg Hunt Event shall be FREE and open to all kids residing at Sun Residences.
  2. No amount of purchase requirement from the Sun Mall shall be imposed to Sun Resident participants.
  3. A total of at most 100 easter eggs will be hidden at 6/F Amenity Area. Participants shall collect and hunt eggs from 2:00PM to 3:00PM.
  4. Participants shall then proceed to Sun Mall activity area to collect their prizes for every easter egg collected.
  5. Participants shall join the easter egg painting contest from 3:30PM to 5:00PM.
  6. There will be magic show and bubble show during the event.
  7. Event shall end by 5:00PM

Pre-registration is required to this event. All interested participants may proceed to the PMO at 2/F parking of Tower 1 to pre-register your name.

Fire Safety Seminar and Evacuation Drill

Please be informed that Sun Residences Condominium Corporation shall hold this year’s Fire Safety Seminar and Evacuation Drill on April 3, 2017, 10:00AM and 11:00AM respectively. These activities shall be facilitated and guided by representatives from Bureau of Fire Department in coordination with the Property Management Office.

The seminar will be held at Tower 2 Function Room, afterwhich, the drill shall immediately follow. During the evacuation drill, general alarm will be sounded to inform everyone that the drill has commenced. Elevators shall still be operational during the course of the drill but we enjoin everyone to use the fire exit stairs. Senior citizens, Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and pregnant women may opt not to participate in the drill but still encouraged to attend the seminar.
