The Property Management Office wishes to inform you that preventive maintenance for the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) in Tower 2 is scheduled from June 1, 2026, to June 25, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. This essential activity will be conducted by our FDAS contractor, VCTS Philippines Inc., to ensure the continued safety and functionality of the system.
Your cooperation is essential to the success of this maintenance. We kindly request access to your unit(s) for approximately 10 to 15 minutes to facilitate the cleaning,
inspection, and/or troubleshooting of the smoke detectors.
