SRCC Valentine's Day Acoustic Night

In celebration of Valentine’s Day, the Property Management Office is delighted to invite you to a Valentine’s Day Acoustic Night on February 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Tower 1, 6th Floor Lobby.

Join us for a night of relaxing music and warm camaraderie as we celebrate love, friendship, and community. This event is open to all residents, and we encourage everyone to come and enjoy the evening together.

Feel free to bring snacks, chocolates, chips, non-alcoholic drinks, or any finger foods to share with fellow residents and make this gathering even more special. Let’s create wonderful memories together! We look forward to seeing you there.

2026 Valentine’s Bazaar

We are glad to announce that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold this year’s Valentine’s Bazaar from February 9, 2026, to February 23, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at our 6th Floor Connecting Lobby.

Please find below the event guidelines for everyone’s reference, to wit;

1. The SRCC Christmas Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants. Only those unit owners or tenants in good standing will be allowed to participate.
2. Due to limited capacity of the venue, we will only be able to accommodate up to twenty (20) participants.
3. Pre-registration at the Property Management Office is required and will commence on January 26, 2026 and will end on February 06, 2026.
4. A fee of PHP 5,200 shall apply for each exhibitor, to be paid at the Property Management Office. Payment covers the15 day’s period (14 paid days and 1 free day) with inclusion of one (1) table, two (2) chairs, stand post for your business name and ID.
5. Strictly no cooking and bringing in of portable stoves and cookware.
6. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths.
7. Strictly no deployment of any ad materials such as banners, posters and flyers.
8. No merchandise shall be left in the booth after the Bazaar operating hours.
9. Must wear the Bazaar ID at all times.
10. For tenants, an authorization letter from the unit owner or SPA should be presented.
11. The Property Management Office nor the Condominium Corporation shall not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred during this activity.

SRCC Bi-Weekly Sunday Mass 2026

We are pleased to inform our residents that, through the efforts of the Sun Residences Board of Trustees, Barangay Sta. Teresita Parish will be conducting a bi-weekly Sunday Mass at Sun Residences throughout the year 2026.

The Sunday Mass will be held on the 2nd and last Sunday of each month, starting at 8:00 PM, at the Function Room, Tower 2. We kindly request everyone to observe the designated time and venue to ensure a smooth and meaningful worship experience for all.

This initiative aims to provide our residents with a convenient and accessible opportunity to participate in spiritual activities within the comfort of our community. We encourage everyone to take part in this bi-weekly Mass and help foster unity and fellowship among our residents.

A Woe-Nderful Halloween: A Day At Nevermore

Please be informed that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will be holding its Annual Halloween Party on October 18, 2025 (Saturday), from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tower 2 Function Room, 6th Floor Amenity Area.

This year’s celebration will feature the theme: “A Woe-nderful Halloween: A Day at Nevermore,” inspired by Wednesday Addams and the Addams Family.

In view of the limited capacity of the Function Room, the number of participants will be restricted to 75 children only. The event is free of charge; however, pre-registration is required.

To ensure order and safety during the event, kindly take note of the following provisions:

1. Eligibility: Only children aged three (3) to twelve (12) years old may participate.
2. Companions: Each child must be accompanied by only one (1) parent or guardian, observing a strict one-to-one ratio. A maximum of two (2) children per unit will be allowed, with up to two (2) corresponding parents or guardians.
3. Pre-Registration: Registration will be conducted at the Property Management Office from September 29, 2025 to October 3, 2025, or until the seventy-five (75) slots have been filled, whichever comes first. Registration on the event day will not be allowed.
4. Attendance: Pre-registered participants who fail to attend will automatically forfeit their slots, which may then be reassigned to those on the waiting list.

We encourage everyone to come in their best Halloween costumes and join us for an afternoon of fun and celebration!

Basic Pest Awareness Presentation

We would like to inform you that a Basic Pest Awareness Presentation has been scheduled for July 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, to be held at 6th Floor Function Room.

This learning session aims to provide essential knowledge on pest identification, prevention, and control measures, which are critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy living and working environment. The session will be conducted by a representative from our pest control service provider – Gepestcon.

Attendance is highly encouraged for the following groups:

• Unit Owners or their authorized representatives / Residents
• Housekeeping Team
• Admin Team
• Maintenance Team

We believe this initiative will promote awareness and cooperation in managing pest related issues more effectively within our community.

“Share The Love, Give Your Preloved” Donation Drive

We are excited to inform you that we will be participating in the “SHARE THE LOVE, GIVE YOUR PRELOVED” Donation Drive organized by Caritas Manila — a one-day Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at helping those in need by sharing items we no longer use but may still be of great value to others.

This meaningful activity invites employees, residents, and clients to donate gently used or unused items such as:

• Clothes (for children and adults)
• Shoes and bags
• Toys and books
• Kitchenware, linens, and small household items
• Other reusable essentials

These donations will be collected and distributed to individuals and families who are in need of support. It’s a great opportunity to declutter your home while making a positive difference in someone else’s life.

To make participation easy and convenient, a donation booth will be set up at the 6th Floor Connecting Area on July 12, 2025 (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We highly encourage everyone to join this initiative. Even the smallest contribution can bring joy and comfort to others.

1. The Summer Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants. Only those unit owners or tenants in good standing will be allowed to participate.
2. Due to limited capacity of the venue, we will only be able to accommodate up to twenty (20) participants.
3. Pre-registration at the Property Management Office is required and will commence on April 23, 2025, and end on April 26, 2025.
4. A fee of PhP 350.00/day shall apply for each participant to be paid at the Property Management Office. This fee is inclusive of one (1) table and two (2) chairs only.
5. Strictly no cooking and bringing in of portable stoves and cookware.
6. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths.
7. Strictly no deployment of any ad materials such as banners, posters and flyers.
8. No merchandise shall be left in the booth after the Bazaar operating hours.

Fire Safety Seminar and Drill

As part of the fire prevention month and safety awareness, we would like to encourage residents to attend the Fire Safety Seminar and Evacuation Drill. Kindly see the schedule below.

The building’s GENERAL ALARM will be activated to signify the start of evacuation. All participants shall use the fire exits and proceed to the temporary evacuation area at Ground Floor Drop-off Area Tower 2 at Mayon Street. Safety protocols will be strictly followed.
