Ash Wednesday Mass at Sun Residences

We are pleased to announce that Sta. Teresita Church, led by Father Ron Ejeda, will be conducting an Ash Wednesday Mass at our condominium.

The Mass will take place on February 14, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the Function Room on the 6th floor of Sun Residences.

We hope that you will join us in this spiritual event as we embark on the journey of Lent together.

Valentine’s Day Acoustic Performance

We are excited to announce a special event to make your Valentine's Day more memorable and exciting! Thanks to the efforts of the Sun Residences Board of Trustees, we will be having an acoustic performance on February 14, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the interconnecting area of Tower 1 and 2.

We warmly invite all residents to join us for this event. To add to the fun, we will be having a potluck activity where attendees are encouraged to bring their own food and beverages (please note, no hard drinks).

Let's come together to celebrate this day of love with good music, good food, and great company. We look forward to seeing you there!

2024 Valentine’s Bazaar

We are happy to announce that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold this year’s Valentine’s Bazaar on February 15, 2024 until February 29, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at 6th Floor Connecting Lobby.

Please find below the event guidelines for everyone’s reference, to wit;

  1. The Valentine’s Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants. Only those fully vaccinated unit owners or tenants in good standing will be allowed to participate.
  2. Due to limited capacity of the venue, we will only be able to accommodate up to twenty (20) participants.
  3. Pre-registration at the Property Management Office is required and will commence on February 1, 2024 and will end on February 8, 2024.
  4. A fee of PhP 300.00 per day shall apply for each participant to be paid at the Property Management Office. This fee is inclusive of one (1) table and two (2) chairs only.
  5. Strictly no cooking and bringing in of portable stoves and cookware.
  6. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths.
  7. Strictly no deployment of any ad materials such as banners, posters and flyers.
  8. No merchandise shall be left in the booth after the Bazaar operating hours.
  9. Must wear the Bazaar ID at all times.
  10. For tenants, an authorization letter from the unit owner or SPA should be presented.
  11. The Property Management Office nor the Condominium Corporation shall not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred during this activity.

2024 SRCC Monthly Sunday Mass

We are pleased to inform you that, with the effort of the Sun Residences Board of Trustees, Barangay Sta. Teresita Parish will be conducting a monthly Sunday Mass at Sun Residences throughout the year 2024.

The Sunday Mass will be held on the 4th Sunday of each month, starting at 8:00 PM. The venue for the Mass will be the Function Room of Sun Residences. We kindly request all residents to be mindful of the designated time and location to ensure a smooth and meaningful worship experience for everyone.

This initiative aims to provide a convenient and accessible opportunity for our residents to partake in spiritual activities within the comfort of our community. We encourage you to take advantage of this monthly Mass and foster a sense of unity and fellowship among our residents.

2023 SRCC Simbang Gabi

We hope this circular finds you in good health and high spirits. We are delighted to inform you that our community will be organizing the annual Simbang Gabi activity to celebrate the upcoming Christmas season.

The Simbang Gabi will be held daily from December 16 to December 23, 2023, at 8:00 PM in the Function Room. This event will provide an opportunity for us to come together as a community, strengthen our faith, and celebrate the joyous occasion of Christmas.

Please note that the ninth day of the Simbang Gabi, which falls on December 24, will be conducted at the Sta. Teresita Parish. We encourage all residents to participate in this special mass to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ.

We look forward to your active participation and making this event a memorable one. Let us come together as a community to celebrate the true essence of Christmas.

Residents’ Carnival Christmas Party 2023

We are happy to announce that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold this year’s Residents’ Carnival Christmas Party on December 9, 2023, 6:00 PM at the 6th Floor Function Room.

SRCC 2023 Christmas Bazaar

We are happy to announce that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation, through the Tower Committee Members will hold this year’s Christmas Bazaar on November 20 until December 19, 2023 from 9:00AM to 8:00PM, at the 6/F Connecting Lobby

Please find below the event guidelines for everyone’s reference, to wit;

  1. The Christmas Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners, and tenants. Only those fully vaccinated unit owners or tenants in good standing will be allowed to participate.
  2. Due to the venue’s limited capacity, we will only accommodate twenty (20) participants.
  3. Pre-registration at the Property Management Office is required and will commence on November 8, 2023 and end on November 15, 2023.
  4. Pre-registration shall be on a “first come, first serve” basis and will still be subject to further evaluation and concept approval by the Bazaar Committee.
  5. Registration Fee of P300/day shall apply for each participant to be paid at the Property Management Office. This fee includes one (1) table and two (2) chairs.
  6. Strictly no cooking and bringing in portable stoves and cookware.
  7. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths.
