Ash Wednesday Mass At Sun Residences

The Mass will take place on March 5, 2025, at 8:00 PM in the Function Room on the 6th floor of Sun Residences.

We hope that you will join us in this spiritual event as we embark on the journey of Lent together.

2024 SRCC Christmas Bazaar Part 1

We are happy to announce that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold this year’s Christmas Bazaar – Part 1 on November 11, 2024 until November 25, 2024 from 9 AM to 8 PM at our 6th Floor Connecting Lobby.

Please find below the event guidelines for everyone’s reference, to wit;

1. The SRCC Christmas Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants. Only those unit owners or tenants in good standing will be allowed to participate.
2. Due to limited capacity of the venue, we will only be able to accommodate up to twenty (20) participants.
3. Pre-registration at the Property Management Office is required and will commence on November 6, 2024 and will end on November 9, 2024.
4. A fee of PHP 300/day shall apply for each participant to be paid at the Property Management Office. This fee is inclusive of one (1) table and two (2) chairs only.
5. Strictly no cooking and bringing in of portable stoves and cookware.
6. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths.
7. Strictly no deployment of any ad materials such as banners, posters and flyers.
8. No merchandise shall be left in the booth after the Bazaar operating hours.
9. Must wear the Bazaar ID at all times.
10. For tenants, an authorization letter from the unit owner or SPA should be presented.
11. The Property Management Office nor the Condominium Corporation shall not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred during this activity.

Halloween Party - Inside Out 2

Please be informed that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold its Annual Halloween Party on October 18, 2024 (Friday), 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tower 2 Function Room, 6F Amenity Area.

Due to the limited capacity of the Function Room, we shall limit the number of participants to 75 KIDS ONLY, up to 2 kids for every registered owner. This event is FREE for all participants; no registration fee will be charged. However, all participants are required to pre-register for the event. Kids are also required to be accompanied by their respective parents/guardians, who must pre-register as well.

The Halloween Inside Out 2 pre-registration will be done at the Property Management Office commencing on October 09, 2024. It shall close on October 16, 2024, or as soon as we reach the limit of 75 kids, whichever comes first. There will strictly be no registration during the event proper.

We enjoin everyone to wear their Halloween costumes and party with us!

1. The Back to School Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants. Only those unit owners or tenants in good standing will be allowed to participate.

Easter Sunday Activity at Sun Mall

We are thrilled to announce that Sun Mall will be hosting an exciting Easter Sunday Activity for kids on March 31, 2024.

The event will feature a variety of fun filled activities such as face and egg painting, magic show and bunny meet and greet! It will be a fantastic opportunity for our little ones to enjoy and celebrate the spirit of Easter.

Valentine’s Day Acoustic Performance

We are excited to announce a special event to make your Valentine's Day more memorable and exciting! Thanks to the efforts of the Sun Residences Board of Trustees, we will be having an acoustic performance on February 14, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the interconnecting area of Tower 1 and 2.

We warmly invite all residents to join us for this event. To add to the fun, we will be having a potluck activity where attendees are encouraged to bring their own food and beverages (please note, no hard drinks).

2024 SRCC Monthly Sunday Mass

We are pleased to inform you that, with the effort of the Sun Residences Board of Trustees, Barangay Sta. Teresita Parish will be conducting a monthly Sunday Mass at Sun Residences throughout the year 2024.

The Sunday Mass will be held on the 4th Sunday of each month, starting at 8:00 PM. The venue for the Mass will be the Function Room of Sun Residences. We kindly request all residents to be mindful of the designated time and location to ensure a smooth and meaningful worship experience for everyone.

This initiative aims to provide a convenient and accessible opportunity for our residents to partake in spiritual activities within the comfort of our community. We encourage you to take advantage of this monthly Mass and foster a sense of unity and fellowship among our residents.

2023 SRCC Simbang Gabi

The Simbang Gabi will be held daily from December 16 to December 23, 2023, at 8:00 PM in the Function Room. This event will provide an opportunity for us to come together as a community, strengthen our faith, and celebrate the joyous occasion of Christmas.

Please note that the ninth day of the Simbang Gabi, which falls on December 24, will be conducted at the Sta. Teresita Parish. We encourage all residents to participate in this special mass to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ.

4. Pre-registration shall be on a “first come, first serve” basis and will still be subject to further evaluation and concept approval by the Bazaar Committee.
