2023 Valentine’s Bazaar

We are happy to announce that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation, through the Tower Committee Members will hold this year’s Valentine’s Bazaar on February 8, 2023 until February 22, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM , at the 6/F Connecting Lobby.

Please find below the event guidelines for everyone’s reference, to wit;

  1. The Valentine’s Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants. Only those fully vaccinated unit owners or tenants in good standing will be allowed to participate.
  2. Due to the limited capacity of the venue, we will only accommodate twenty (20) participants.
  3. Pre-registration at the Property Management Office is required and will commence on January 28, 2023 and end on February 4, 2023.
  4. A fee of PhP 300/day shall apply for each participant to be paid at the Property Management Office. This fee is inclusive of one (1) table and two (2) chairs only.
  5. Strictly no cooking and bringing in of portable stoves and cookware.
  6. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths.
  7. Strictly no deployment of any ad materials such as banners, posters and flyers.
  8. No merchandise shall be left in the booth after the Bazaar operating hours.
  9. Participants must wear the Bazaar ID at all times.
  10. For tenants, an authorization letter from the unit owner or SPA should be presented.
  11. The Property Management Office nor the Condominium Corporation shall not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred during this activity.

Rescheduling of Blood Donation Drive

Please be informed that the Blood Donation Drive scheduled to happen on October 14, 2022, has been rescheduled on October 21, 2022.

We have extended the registration for this event until October 19, 2022. We are encouraging more residents to participate in the said activity.

Sun Residences – SMDC Blood Donation Drive

Please be informed that SMDC, its Good Guys Volunteer Movement and Philippine Red Cross will conduct a Blood Donation Drive at Sun Residences. This activity will be open for residents and tenants who wants to participate (subject to screening).

The event is scheduled on October 14, 2022 (Friday) 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the 6th Floor, Function Room Tower 2 Sun Residences.

Registration for these events will be accepted at the Property Management Office until October 12, 2022. Priority will be given to Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWD).

Halloween Party - Pumpkin Parade

Please be informed that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold its Annual Halloween Party on October 22, 2022 (Saturday), 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tower 2 Function Room, 6F Amenity Area.

Due to the limited capacity of the Function Room and Social Measures for COVID-19 preparedness, we shall limit the number of participants to 75 KIDS ONLY, up to 2 kids for every registered owner. This event is FREE for all participants, no registration fee will be charged. However, all participants are required to pre-register for the event. Kids are also required to be accompanied by their respective parents/guardians, who must pre-register as well.

The Halloween Pumpkin Parade pre-registration will be done at the Property Management Office commencing on October 5, 2022. It shall close on October 15, 2022, or as soon as we reach the limit of 75 kids, whichever comes first. There will strictly be no registration during the event proper.

Back to School Bazaar

We are happy to announce that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will hold this year's Back to School Bazaar on September 1, 2022 until September 15, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, at the 6th Floor Connecting Lobby.

  1. The Back to School Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants. Only those fully vaccinated unit owners or tenants in good standing will be allowed to participate.

  3. A fee of PhP 300.00/day shall apply for each participant to be paid at the Property Management Office. This fee is inclusive of one (1) table and two (2) chairs only.

  5. Strictly no early opening and late dosing of booths.

SMDC Back To School Donation Drive

Registered Voters of Quezon City Under District 1

Quezon City LGU will be conducting a "COMELEC VOTERS ID AND QC ID DISTRIBUTION" event on May 4, 2022 (Wednesday), 7:00 PM at the 6th floor, Clubhouse, for registered voters of Quezon City under District 1 of Sun Residences.

Moreover, they will be doing a Voters orientation drive for all of the registered voters of Quezon City under District 1 of Sun Residences.

Event starts at 7:00 PM, please bring the following during the claiming of IDs:

  1. RFID
  2. Any Government issued valid ID
  3. COMELEC Registration stub

  5. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths.

Reschedule of Fire Drill

Please be informed that the Fire Drill has been rescheduled to March 31, 2022 at 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM.

This activity will include the sounding of the fire alarm, simulated rescue operations and fire- fighting demonstrations along the Sun Mall Parking on the ground floor in front of BDO, to be conducted by La Loma Fire Station officers.

Also, kindly expect that all of the elevators are non-operational during the simulation fire drill.

Fire Safety Seminar and Drill

We are about to welcome the summer season, and since this is the season when fire incidents usually happen, we will be holding two (2) major activities as part of our Fire Prevention initiatives:

  1. Fire Safety Seminar: this activity will be conducted on March 29, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 6th Floor Tower 2, Function Room by the fire Department personnel before the actual fire Drill. The speaker/s will give you very interesting and helpful information on fire prevention, safety, and evacuation.
  2. Fire Drill: this will be done in coordination with the Quezon City Fire Department on March 31, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Activities include sounding of the fire alarm, simulated rescue operations, and fire-fighting demonstration at Mayon Street (In front of Tower 2 Entrance)

Earth Hour 2022

On Saturday, March 26, 2022, from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, we will join countries all over the world as we turn the lights out in observance of the "EARTH HOUR".

Earth Hour is a simple act of turning off lights for one hour to deliver a powerful message about the need for action on global warming. We plan to turn off at least 50% of our common area lights during this hour in support of the program.

We would also appreciate it if all residents can participate by turning off unnecessary lights or appliances in your unit during this period. Please confirm your participation by using any of the following channels:

  2. Sending an e-mail to PMO at sun.admin@greenmist.ph
    - Kindly state how many lights or appliances you wish to turn off during the activity when informing the PMO.

National ID Registration at Sun Mall

We are happy to announce that the Philippine Identification System (PHIL-SYS) will be holding a National ID Registration starting February 14 until August 13, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at 2nd floor Sun Mall unit 201, fronting LBC .

Please be reminded of the following Covid-19 protocols:

  1. Always wear your face mask properly.
  2. Ensure safe social distancing.
  3. Sanitize the hands regularly.

Food donations (per pack may contain - 5 kilos of rice, 5 canned goods, 5 packs of noodles and 12 sachets of 3-in-l coffee) can be delivered to GPMC Property Management Offce from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM during Mondays to Fridays and 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM during Saturdays.

For Cash donations, you can send thru our partner organization RED CROSS.

For easy monitgoring of Cash Donations, please email proof of payrnent to sun.admin@greenmist.ph so we can properly record and acknowledge all donations.

We will accept your food and cash donations until January 21 , 2022.
