Basic Pest Awareness Presentation

We would like to inform you that a Basic Pest Awareness Presentation has been scheduled for July 9, 2025, at 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, to be held at 6th Floor Function Room.

This learning session aims to provide essential knowledge on pest identification, prevention, and control measures, which are critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy living and working environment. The session will be conducted by a representative from our pest control service provider – Gepestcon.

Attendance is highly encouraged for the following groups:

  • Unit Owners or their authorized representatives / Residents
  • Housekeeping Team
  • Admin Team
  • Maintenance Team

We believe this initiative will promote awareness and cooperation in managing pest related issues more effectively within our community.

“Share The Love, Give Your Preloved” Donation Drive

We are excited to inform you that we will be participating in the “SHARE THE LOVE, GIVE YOUR PRELOVED” Donation Drive organized by Caritas Manila — a one-day Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at helping those in need by sharing items we no longer use but may still be of great value to others.

This meaningful activity invites employees, residents, and clients to donate gently used or unused items such as:

  • Clothes (for children and adults)
  • Shoes and bags
  • Toys and books
  • Kitchenware, linens, and small household items
  • Other reusable essentials

These donations will be collected and distributed to individuals and families who are in need of support. It’s a great opportunity to declutter your home while making a positive difference in someone else’s life.

To make participation easy and convenient, a donation booth will be set up at the 6th Floor Connecting Area on July 12, 2025 (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We highly encourage everyone to join this initiative. Even the smallest contribution can bring joy and comfort to others.

2025 Summer Bazaar

We are delighted to inform you that the Sun Residences Condominium Corporation will be hosting this year’s Summer Bazaar from April 28 to May 12, 2025, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the 6th Floor Connecting Lobby.

Please find below the event guidelines for everyone’s reference, to wit;

  1. The Summer Bazaar is open to all residents, both unit owners and tenants. Only those unit owners or tenants in good standing will be allowed to participate.
  2. Due to limited capacity of the venue, we will only be able to accommodate up to twenty (20) participants.
  3. Pre-registration at the Property Management Office is required and will commence on April 23, 2025, and end on April 26, 2025.
  4. A fee of PhP 350.00/day shall apply for each participant to be paid at the Property Management Office. This fee is inclusive of one (1) table and two (2) chairs only.
  5. Strictly no cooking and bringing in of portable stoves and cookware.
  6. Strictly no early opening and late closing of booths.
  7. Strictly no deployment of any ad materials such as banners, posters and flyers.
  8. No merchandise shall be left in the booth after the Bazaar operating hours.
  9. Participants must wear the Bazaar ID at all times.
  10. For tenants, an authorization letter from the unit owner or SPA should be presented.

The Property Management Office nor the Condominium Corporation shall not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred during this activity.

Fire Safety Seminar and Drill

As part of the fire prevention month and safety awareness, we would like to encourage residents to attend the Fire Safety Seminar and Evacuation Drill. Kindly see the schedule below.

- Simulation of fire suppression procedure

The building’s GENERAL ALARM will be activated to signify the start of evacuation. All participants shall use the fire exits and proceed to the temporary evacuation area at Ground Floor Drop-off Area Tower 2 at Mayon Street. Safety protocols will be strictly followed.

Ash Wednesday Mass At Sun Residences

We are pleased to announce that Sta. Teresita Church will be conducting an Ash Wednesday Mass at our condominium.

The Mass will take place on March 5, 2025, at 8:00 PM in the Function Room on the 6th floor of Sun Residences.

We hope that you will join us in this spiritual event as we embark on the journey of Lent together.
